Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton
• For marinade:
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – dry coriander
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 6 – Cloves
• 8 – Garlic Cloves
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 6 – small Cardamom
• 1/2 inch – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tbsp – Nutmeg powder
• A pinch of Hing
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Mix the mutton pieces well in the paste. Add salt and turmeric powder, and keep aside for 20 mins.
- Heat some oil, fry the mutton quickly on high heat, then lower the heat and simmer for an hour.
- Serve hot with cooked rice or rotis.
