Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• Half a bunch, chopped Mint
• 3 tsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chat masala
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – Maida
• 2 tsp – salt
• 2 tsp – oil
• Ghee for frying parathas

Method:

  1. Mix grated paneer, chopped mint, chillies, chat masala, garam masala and salt to make a smooth paste.
  2. Make small balls of these and keep aside.
  3. Mix maida and a pinch of salt with water to make a soft dough.
  4. Add oil to this dough and then leave for some time with a lid covered on it.
  5. After 5 mins, make small balls of this dough, roll out each ball.
  6. Place the paneer ball on this rolled out piece and roll it out into a thick roti.
  7. Heat a tawa, place paratha on it and add ghee.
  8. Fry the paratha on both sides till golden brown and serve with spicy mint chutney.
