
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – fresh spinach, washed and drained
• 1 – Apple peeled, diced roughly
• 2 tbsp – fresh Mint leaves, washed thoroughly
• 1 – Lemon juice, extracted
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – fresh ground pepper
• 500 ml – chilled water
Method:
- Put all ingredients in an electric blender, except pepper. Add water, whisk till mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Strain through a fine mesh colander.
- Pour into 3 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled and frothy.
