
Ingredients:
• 1 – red delicious apple, diced and peeled
• 1 – banana, cubed
• 1 – alphonso mango, diced
• 10-12 – strawberries
• 1/2 cup – plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup – icing Sugar (optional)
• 1 tbsp – chopped Walnuts (optional)
Method:
- Place diced fruits in an airtight container and freeze until solids, at least for 6 hours.
- Break up big pieces and transfer fruits chunks into food processor.
- Add yogurt and icing sugar and process until it becomes fairly smooth.
- Place in an air tight container, add chopped walnuts and wrap with cling film, freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Take out from the freezer, pierce a fork and break up the ice crystals in the middle and edges of container.
- Freeze again for 45 minutes, repeat the raking and freezing process 2 times more.
- Scoop in serving bowl and serve with dash of chocolate syrup topping or enjoy as it is.
