Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 cup – soy granules
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
Method:
- Cook soy granules as per the instructions shown on the packet.
- In a wide pan, heat oil.
- Add finely chopped onions and fry till it is golden in color.
- Add curry leaves to it and saute it well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and stir it well for 2 -3 minutes.
- Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it. Stir it well on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add soy granules, salt and pepper powder to it.
- Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until it is done.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve it with rotis.
