
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 4 oz – Carrot
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the carrot. Knead the wheat flour with the grated carrot, salt and water.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll into rotis.
- Cook the rotis on a tawa, spraying oil on both sides.
- Serve with pickle and raitha.
