
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 – Bananas (over-ripe)
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1 tbsp – Apple cider Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – chocolate powder
• 3 tbsp – Canola Oil
• 1 cup – hot water
Method:
- Mash the bananas into a smooth puree and keep aside.
- Sieve together all-purpose flour, chocolate powder, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and transfer into a large bowl
- Meanwhile mix together the banana puree, water, oil and apple cider vinegar in a vessel
- Mix the sugar with the wet ingredients, beat well
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Add gradually the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisk everything until its turns soft and a smooth batter
- Grease the muffin moulds and pour the batter, arrange it in the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Keep aside and cool
