
Ingredients:
• 400 g – Cream Corn (canned)
• 80 g – crab meat
• 1 tbsp – carrot, minced finely
• 1 egg, beaten well
• 2 cups – chicken stock
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 pinch Sugar
• 3 to 4 tbsp – Corn starch
• water as required
Method:
- Clean crab meat of any small pieces of shell.
- Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add crab meat and cream corn.
- Bring to boil, add remaining ingredients except the egg.
- Just before serving, add the egg and stir it in.
- Place a little crab meat on top for garnish.
