Ingredients:
• Tuna chunk – 170 g
• Potatoes – 2 (big)
• Garlic – 5
• Ginger -2
• Salt – a pinch
• Turmeric – a pinch
• Bread crumbs
• 2 – eggs, white removed
Method:
- Boil potatoes and then peel of the skin.
- Mash the garlic and ginger into a paste.
- Mix potatoes, ground ginger-garlic, salt and turmeric and keep aside
- Take the tuna, drain excess water, mix it well with the potatoes and ginger-garlic mixture.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff.
- Make the mixture into balls or into any other shape, dip into egg white then on breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry in hot oil.
