
Ingredients:
• Sora (Shark) – 1/2 kg
• Onions – 1.5 cups, chopped
• Green chillies – 6, chopped
• Ginger – 2 cms, chopped
• Garlic – 1 whole pod, chopped
• Chilli powder- to taste
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 4-6 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• Coriander leaves – 2-3 Tbsp
Method:
- Steam the fish with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- Cool, remove bones, skin and flake the fish.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till light brown.
- Add green chillies, ginger and garlic and fry well.
- Add the fish and chopped coriander leaves. Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
