Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – moong dal, soaked in water for 30 minutes
• 2 – Red Chillies
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – oil
• 2 Cloves – Garlic
Method:
- Drain the moong dal.
- Heat the oil and roast the dal until it turns fragrant. Keep aside
- Now roast the chillies, asafoetida, garlic and coconut. Keep aside.
- Grind everything with a little salt and water into a thick chutney.
