
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Kabuli channa, soaked overnight
• 1 – big potato, boiled
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 – tomato, small
• 1 – Onion
• To taste – chat masala
• To garnish -coriander leaves
• To taste – salt
Method:
- Boil Kabuli channa with salt. Drain water and keep aside.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
- Cut tomato also in cubes.
- Take a bowl add Kabuli channa, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilli, onion chopped, a little salt and chat masala.
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
