
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 – small size Broccoli flower
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp -mustard
• 1 tsp- Jeera
• 2 – Dried red chillies
• 1 stem – Curry leaves
• 2 -green mirchis
• 3 – 4 -garlic Cloves
• salt
Method:
- Pressure cook dal along with broccoli cut into pieces, green mirchi and garlic cloves.
- After two to three whistles, remove the cooker from the stove.
- Now for the seasoning, in a skillet heat oil and sputter mustard seeds and jeera.
- Add dry chillies, curry leaves and the seasoning along with salt to the cooked dal.
- Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
