
Ingredients:
• 2 large – Raw mangoes
• 2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 4-5 – Black peppercorns, crushed
• Black salt (kala namak) to taste
• Asafoetida a pinch
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Boil mangoes, when cooled peel, mash and strain the pulp.
- Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafoetida and sugar.
- Mix well till sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.
- Stir well and serve.
