
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium size fresh cabbage, chopped finely
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut (optional)
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, garlic, and curry leaves.
- When the mustard starts to splutter, add chopped onions and green chillies and fry till the onions turn slightly brown.
- Add cabbage and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes till the cabbage is soft.
- Add the grated coconut and mix well.
