
Ingredients:
• 3 – Zucchini
• Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Fennel seeds
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• Oil
• 2 – Red Chillies
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the zucchinis along with cumin seeds, fennel seeds, chilli powder and garam masala till they are tender.
- Puree them to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard.
- When mustard splutters add the red chilli and the zucchini puree into the kadai.
- Heat it for a few minutes and then remove it from the heat.
- Your zucchini chutney is ready to serve.
