Ingredients:
• Kneaded dough with Wheat flour (for about 10 parathas)
• 7-8 – Potatoes (medium size)
• 50g – Paneer (cottage cheese)
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 10-15g – grated Ginger
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker and peel them.
- Chop the onion and green chillies.
- Put the potatoes in a big bowl.
- Add paneer, garam masala, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, ajwain seeds, grated ginger, chilli powder, chopped onions, green chillies and salt.
- Mix well.
- Make a small roti with the dough and place a big tbsp of the potato-paneer masala at the centre.
- Fold the roti properly to seal the masala and roll it round in the shape of a paratha.
- Heat a tava.
- Cook the paratha well on the tava using oil on both sides.
- Serve hot with butter or curd.
