
Ingredients:
• 1 – apple, peeled and chopped into cubes
• 1 cup – desiccated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – water
• 4 tbsp – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Grind the apple to a fine paste.
- Mix sugar and water in a pan and bring it to boil till it comes in a string consistency.
- Add milk and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Add apple puree and desiccated coconut into the pan.
- Mix everything well.
- Keep stirring it till it forms a soft dough.
- Transfer it to a small greased plate and cool it to room temperature.
