Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 cups – Onion
• 2 cups – Tomato
• 4 tsp – Jeera
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 6 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 tsp – Dhania powder
• oil as required
• salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and the onions. Fry until the onions are golden brown.
- Add the chicken, jeera, red chilli powder, dhania powder or any brand of chicken masala. Fry until light brown.
- Add water for the chicken to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes. Stir well and add salt.
- Allow the meat to be cooked. Serve with dosa, pulao, rice, paratha or chappathi.
