Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Cabbage
• 6 to 7 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar or as needed
• Cashewnuts (handful)
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• A little Ghee

Method:

  1. Fry the chopped cabbage in a little ghee till the raw smell goes. Add a little water and cook till soft.
  2. Cool it and grind along with a handful of cashews. Keep the paste aside.
  3. Boil the milk. When it starts to boil, add the cabbage and cashew paste.
  4. Boil for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally, then add sugar and cardamom powder.
  5. Simmer for few minutes. After it cools, chill in the fridge.
