Ingredients:

• 50 g – minced Chicken
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 pinch – cumin
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seed
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Kitchen King masala
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 pinch – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• Parathas for the rolls

Method:

  1. Heat oil and splutter mustard and cumin.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute till brown. Add ginger garlic and tomato. Stir for 2 mins
  3. Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup
  4. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  5. Add the chicken and mix well. Cook for 6 mins more.
  6. Add coriander to garnish.
  7. Place the sabji on the paratha and roll
