Ingredients:
• 50 g – minced Chicken
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 pinch – cumin
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seed
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Kitchen King masala
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 pinch – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• Parathas for the rolls
Method:
- Heat oil and splutter mustard and cumin.
- Add chopped onions and saute till brown. Add ginger garlic and tomato. Stir for 2 mins
- Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup
- Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Cook for 6 mins more.
- Add coriander to garnish.
- Place the sabji on the paratha and roll
