Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken winglets
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• 2 tsp – flour
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto
• salt to taste
• few drops of red color
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- Wash the chicken winglets.
- In a bowl beat the eggs well.
- Add gram flour, flour, corn flour, chilli sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and few drops of red colour to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Marinate the chicken winglets in the egg mixture for one hour.
- Deep fry on a low flame till the chicken is tender.
