
Ingredients:
• Maida – 1.75 cups
• Sugar (ground) – 1.75 cups
• Oil – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• 3 – eggs (whites and yolks separately)
• Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
• Elaichi (crushed) – a pinch
• Coffee – a pinch
Method:
- Mix the maida, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and a pinch of coffee.
- Sieve the mixture at least 4 times.
- Take a deep vessel. Put the mixture in it.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Make a well in the mixture.
- Then add the oil and milk gradually.
- Add the egg yolks.
- Add the vanilla essence and crushed elaichi.
- Add the egg whites to the cake mix and fold in.
- Microwave on high for 20 minutes until the cake is done.
