Ingredients:
• 2 cups – margarine
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts powder, coarse
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
Method:
- Mix eggs, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pan.
- Put the pan on a low flame.
- Simmer the ingredients till the sugar melts, stirring continuously.
- Remove from fire.
- Add the cashew nuts and vanilla essence.
- Let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the cooled mixture and margarine.
- Blend it well with an egg beater for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Refrigerate it for 3 hours.
- Spread on biscuits or toasts and serve.
