Ingredients:

• 2 cups – margarine
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts powder, coarse
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pan.
  2. Put the pan on a low flame.
  3. Simmer the ingredients till the sugar melts, stirring continuously.
  4. Remove from fire.
  5. Add the cashew nuts and vanilla essence.
  6. Let it cool.
  7. In a bowl, mix the cooled mixture and margarine.
  8. Blend it well with an egg beater for 5 to 6 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate it for 3 hours.
  10. Spread on biscuits or toasts and serve.
