
Ingredients:
• 125 g – flour
• 70 g – icing Sugar
• 1.5 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp – Milk
• 75 g – Butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 handful Almond flakes
• For glazing:
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 1 Egg yolk
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Mix all the ingredients (except almonds) together and knead into dough.
- Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a square of 3-4 mm thickness.
- Mix the egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk and paint it on the dough.
- Place some almond flakes on the top.
- Bake the dough in an oven for 15 minutes.
- After baking, cut the hot cake into small pieces and serve.
