
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Maida
• 3/4 cup – Coconut powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 – large Egg
• Sugar to taste
• Water as required.
Method:
- Make a batter of maida and rice flour by adding milk and required amount of water.
- Add sugar and beat in the egg. Then add coconut powder to it
- Heat a tava, pour a ladleful on it, spread and cook on both sides.
