Ingredients:
• 2 cups – peas
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 – Tomato
• 3 sprigs – coriander
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 3 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1 tsp – Jaggery
• 2 tbsp – curds
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Add half a cup of water to the tamarind paste and boil with jaggery, salt and all the dry masalas.
- Add the peas and cook till the peas blend well with the masalas.
- Save a little of the onions and tomatoes for garnishing and add the rest to the peas.
- Boil for a minute.
- Meanwhile, beat the curd, transfer peas into a separate plate.
- Pour a couple of spoons of curd on the peas and sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander.
- Serve.
