
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
• 1 tsp – spice powder or Garam Masala powder
• 3 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 3 – onions, sliced
• Salt to taste
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 cup – Curd
Method:
- Wash the chicken. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken and marinate for about an hour in a pan.
- Place the pan on medium heat, cover and cook for about 5-6 mins
- Lower the heat, add enough water and let the curry simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
