Ingredients:

• 500 gm – Mutton
• 150 gm – Yoghurt
• 150 gm – Cashew nut paste
• 1 tsp – brown Onion paste
• 1 tsp – brown Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• Mace powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 cube Mutton stock
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 7 drops of liquid Saffron
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves and Ginger to garnish

Method:

  1. Pour ghee in a kadai.
  2. Once the ghee melts, add onion.
  3. Saute till it becomes brown.
  4. Once brown, add the mutton and the ginger garlic paste and cashew nut paste and yoghurt.
  5. Mix and saute.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add the red chilli, coriander powder.
  8. Add the cloves, cumin and mutton stock.
  9. Cover the vessel with a lid.
  10. Once the mutton is cooked, add mace powder and garam masala.
  11. Add a few drops of saffron.
  12. Garnish with coriander and ginger.
