Ingredients:
• Self raising white flour – 250 g
• Unsalted Butter – 200 g
• Sugar – 200 g
• Drinking chocolate powder- 100 g
Method:
- Beat the butter with sugar in a container.
- Add self-raising flour and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Punch down the dough and knead.
- Divide into two. Form each part into a roll and refrigerate overnight, wrapped in a plastic wrap.
- The next day, pre-heat an oven to 100 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Slice off the cookies and place on a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
