
Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 1 – onion, chopped finely
• 1 – small tomato, chopped finely
• 2 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 – Garlic flake, ground
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Milk
Method:
- Beat the eggs well in a bowl
- Heat oil in a pan
- Splutter cumin seeds
- Fry onion till golden brown
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, simmer for a minute
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 3 mins
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder
- Mix well and keep for a minute
- Add beaten egg and stir continuously
- Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, till set
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves
