Ingredients:

• 4 – eggs (beaten)
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• To grind:
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 small – onion, cubed
• 3 Cloves – Garlic

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients in the `to grind` section together and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and chilli till soft.
  3. Add the tomato and saute again.
  4. Add in the beaten eggs and ground masala with enough salt, stirring till scrambled.
  5. Finally add the coriander leaves and remove from flame and serve hot.
