Ingredients:
• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• Oil for frying
• Make a thick paste of:
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 2 tsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• Salt as per taste
• 1 – green chilli, chopped finely
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Water as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip egg pieces in the paste (The pieces should be completely covered with the paste).
- Deep fry the eggs till golden brown.
- Serve the pakoras hot with green chutney
