Ingredients:
• 400 g – condensed Milk
• 1 packet – Paneer
• 200 ml – full fat Cream
• 100 g – Almond powder
• 100 g – cooking chocolate
• 100 ml – Milk
• 20 g -butter
Method:
- Mix condensed milk, paneer, almond powder and cream. Stir it well in a bowl for 5 minutes.
- Transfer it to an oven resistant glass Pyrex plate and then to a pre heated oven at 120 degree Celsius for 60 minutes.
- Remove from oven let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Prepare chocolate and milk with 20 g of butter on slow flame as icing for the cake.
