Ingredients:
• 2 cups – puffed Rice (pori)
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 bunch – Mint leaves
• 1/4 inch piece – Ginger
• 2 pods – Garlic
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 tbsp – Coconut (scraped)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Coconut oil
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 -tomato
Method:
- Grind ginger, garlic, coriander, mint leaves, green chilly, coconut and salt together without adding water.
- Take the puffed rice in a bowl and add the ground paste along with a tsp of coconut oil and mix until the puffed rice is coated well. Serve
