Ingredients:
• 500 g – diced lauki/bottle gourd
• 150 g – Methi leaves
• 2 tsp – diced Ginger
• 2 tsp – diced Garlic
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 1-2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
Method:
- In a wok, heat oil and add diced ginger and garlic.
- Saute for a while, add methi and saute again.
- Add chopped lauki and saute.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
- Add some water and cook until done.
