
Ingredients:
• 4 pieces (400g) of Chicken
• 3 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 5 Green chillies
• 1 Onion
• 1/2 bunch freshly chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 Cardamom
• 4 pepper Corns
• 2 Cloves
• 1 inch – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – poppy seeds/khus khus
• 1 lemon-sized ball of Tamarind
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean chicken and marinate in ginger garlic paste for about 2 hours.
- Grind together onion, green chillies, garlic flakes, coriander leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, pepper corns and poppy seeds to make a fine paste.
- Marinate chicken in this masala for about 5 hours or overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken, salt and cook on low fire till done.
