Ingredients:
• 200 g – boneless Chicken cut into 1.5 inch
• 2 tbsp – Tamarind juice
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – cornflour
• 1 tsp – pepper
• For garnishing:
• Some Red Chilli powder, Lemon juice, Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Extract 2 tbsp of tamarind juice
- Mix chicken pieces with all other ingredients, except those for garnishing, in a bowl.
- Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature
- Place on the dish and microwave on high uncovered for 2 mins
- Let it stand for 1-2 mins Remove to a serving plate
- Sprinkle some lemon juice, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot
