Ingredients:
• 5 – small gooseberries
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 – tsp salt
• 200 ml/1 cup – Curd
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 – tsp oil
• 1 tsp – chopped coriander
Method:
- Cut gooseberries in half and remove seeds. Grate gooseberries and grind along with green chillies. Put them in a bowl.
- Add a cup of curd, salt and temper with mustard seeds.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve with sambar rice, biryani or roti.
