Ingredients:
• Grated Carrots – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3/4 cup
• Ghee – 4 tbsp
• Cardamom Powder – as required
• Chopped almonds, Cashew nuts
• Coconut powder – as needed
Method:
- Mix grated carrots, sugar, and milk and then cook.
- When it thickens, add ghee and coconut powder. When the mixture leaves the side of pan, add cashews and almonds.
- Spread it in a greased plate and sprinkle over cardamom powder.
