Ingredients:

• 8 -bread slices
• 1 cup – shredded Carrots
• 1 cup – shredded Lettuce or Cabbage
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onions
• 2 – Green chillies finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 1cup – shredded white and yellow cheese
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• Green chutney
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Add the garlic paste to the tomato ketchup.
  2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking dish and apply butter and a layer of green chutney and/or tomato ketchup on them.
  3. Then sprinkle all shredded veggies onto it.
  4. Garnish with spring onions, green chillies and shredded cheese.
  5. Top it with salt and black pepper.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees centigrade for 10 mins.
  7. Now place the baking tray inside the oven and bake for 20 mins or until the cheese melts evenly.
  8. At this point, turn on the broil setting on the oven and let the cheese turn golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
