
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – Fresh Curd ( not the sour one)
• 1/2 cup – Fine Sugar
• ¼ cup – Gulkand ( sweetened rose petals preserve )
• 1 tbsp – Rose Sharbat/ flavored Drink – For Garnishing (optional)
• 2 tbsp – Pistachios, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Rose Essence
• A pinch of Nutmeg
Method:
- Pour in curd into a muslin/cotton cloth and hang it tied for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- When you open the cloth, the curd should be very thick.
- Mix all the above ingredients into it gently.
- Be careful, not to stir it too much.
- Keep it in a refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours and serve it chilled.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and rose syrup before serving.
