Ingredients:

• 2 cup – Fresh Curd ( not the sour one)
• 1/2 cup – Fine Sugar
• ¼ cup – Gulkand ( sweetened rose petals preserve )
• 1 tbsp – Rose Sharbat/ flavored Drink – For Garnishing (optional)
• 2 tbsp – Pistachios, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Rose Essence
• A pinch of Nutmeg

Method:

  1. Pour in curd into a muslin/cotton cloth and hang it tied for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  2. When you open the cloth, the curd should be very thick.
  3. Mix all the above ingredients into it gently.
  4. Be careful, not to stir it too much.
  5. Keep it in a refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours and serve it chilled.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose syrup before serving.
