Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – ivy gourds
• Curry powder – as needed for stuffing
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt as required.

Method:

  1. Wash and remove the edges of ivy gourd.
  2. Then make slits lengthwise and stuff them with masala and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and place these stuffed ivy gourds and sprinkle a little salt, as the masala already contains salt.
  4. Cover and cook in medium flame for a while, stir in between.
  5. When the gourds are done remove from flame and serve.
