
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – ivy gourds
• Curry powder – as needed for stuffing
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt as required.
Method:
- Wash and remove the edges of ivy gourd.
- Then make slits lengthwise and stuff them with masala and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and place these stuffed ivy gourds and sprinkle a little salt, as the masala already contains salt.
- Cover and cook in medium flame for a while, stir in between.
- When the gourds are done remove from flame and serve.
