
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – atta
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1/2 cup – Barley flour
• 1 cup – Methi
• 1/2 cup – fresh yogurt
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash methi, drain and chop fine.
- Mix chopped methi with all the flours.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Knead well.
- Keep covered for 20 mins.
- Divide dough into 8 portions and roll into chapattis.
- Place each chapatti on tawa on medium heat.
- Flip on other side and cook till brown spots appear.
- Serve hot.
