Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – fresh thick curds
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – freshly chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Add a little water and smoothly grind grated coconut, ginger and salt into a thick paste.
  2. Blend the paste with the curds.
  3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  4. When the mustard seeds splutter add the seasoning to the pachadi mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
