Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – fresh thick curds
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – freshly chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Add a little water and smoothly grind grated coconut, ginger and salt into a thick paste.
- Blend the paste with the curds.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- When the mustard seeds splutter add the seasoning to the pachadi mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
