
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat Flour
• 1.5 to 2 cups – Sugar (or to taste)
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 2 cups – Water
• A few – Cashewnuts
• Cardamom powder
• A pinch – Lemon yellow food colour
Method:
- Add 2 cups of boiling hot water to sugar and keep aside.
- Fry the cashewnuts in ghee a little and then add the wheat flour and fry till golden brown.
- When the wheat flour is done, gradually add the sugary hot water and mix well.
- Then add cardamom powder and the colour.
- Keep stirring till it leaves the sides.
- Grease a plate with a little ghee and pour this mixture onto the plate.
- Cut into pieces when it cools.
