
Ingredients:
• 6 – beans
• 1 – big Carrot
• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 5 to 6 – Red Chilli
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak 1 cup channa dal for 1 hour.
- Cut beans and carrot.
- Cook them and drain the cooked water.
- Drain the channa dal water.
- Take a food processor and grind the dal roughly along with red chillies with a bit of salt (do not grind smooth).
- Take a kadai, heat kadai and add 2-3 tsp of oil.
- Add mustard and saute it, then add the dal mixture and fry the dal till it becomes powdery and smooth.
- Add the cooked vegetable and mix well so that the dal mixture powder mixes well with the vegetables.
- Keep stirring for 5-8 minutes.
- Constantly stir it.
- Eat with chapatti.
