Ingredients:
• 1 tin milkmaid
• 1.5 liter – Milk
• Sugar as required
• 1 pack Arrowroot biscuits
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 Mango (cut into small pieces)
• 1/2 – Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
• 2 to 3 tsp – Sugar
• 10 mg – china grass
Method:
- Mix pineapple and mango pieces in sugar in a pan and saute well till it becomes half dried.
- Grind the biscuits and mix well with butter.
- Cut china grass into small pieces and put into lukewarm water till it melts.
- Heat this mix in the stove.
- Take milk in a saucepan and heat it.
- When it boils, add milkmaid and sugar slowly.
- When this custard boils, add melted china grass into it.
- Remember both should have the same temperature.
- Remove pan from heat and keep it aside.
- In a pudding tray, add powdered biscuits and make a layer.
- Add fruits to make a layer.
- Pour custard slowly and make a layer.
- Allow to set.
- Many layers as possible.
- When it has cooled down, refrigerate
