
Ingredients:
• 750 gms – Potatoes
• 3 tbsp – red Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• 3 tbsp – red bell peppers, roasted and finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – dhania/coriander minced
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 8 pitted Olives
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
Method:
- Boil the potatoes, drain and then cut them into tiny cube-size pieces.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
- Add the mixture to the potatoes and stir well. Serve.
