Ingredients:
• 1 Cup of Rice flour
• 1 Cup of Maida
• 1 Cup of fine Rava
• 1 big Onion
• 4-6 green Chilies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut onion into small pieces.
- Grate chilies
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add 1 tbsp of heated oil.
- Make dough adding suitable amount of water.
- Make sure that the dough is neither too thick nor too soft.
- Make small balls and roll like small poories.
- Fry in oil.
